Message:Wow...I had never even heard this story untill just about a few months ago. I can't even understand how someone can do that to someone else because of the way they look! I can kind of understand the whole scene, prep vs punk thing though. About 6 months ago a lot of my friends, being punks, were involved in a fight like that but it turned out nothing like what happened to brian. fortuantely the principals of the school broke it up before it go too far along. Still...this sucks. When I was reading what exactly happened and all the messages people had written to Brians parents and family on the official page I really started crying. It's so incredably horrible what this country has come to. And it makes me cry..it really does and something definattely needs to be done about hate crimes...whether they're directed towards blacks, whites, jews, or punks, preps or anyone because of the way they look.,...Its so dumb! So I just wanted to ligh this candle for you Brian! . even though it is such an incredable tragedy, I hope your death has inspired other people to follow in your peaceful footsteps and learn to be more tolerant.
